Porto have set their sights on signing Robert Lewandowski as they look to add the finishing touch to their Polish contingent this season. The 37-year-old veteran striker is out of contract with Barcelona and has yet to hold talks over an extension. After securing another LaLiga title, Lewandowski addressed his future but did not confirm whether he would leave Camp Nou.

As his contract nears its end, the forward is being linked with other destinations, including Porto. On Tuesday, Sky Deutschland reported through market expert Florian Plettenberg that the Portuguese champions have concrete interest in bringing Lewandowski to the Estádio do Dragão next season.
The same source indicates that several options remain open for Lewandowski, including a possible renewal with Barcelona. However, Porto are closely watching the situation and believe they can convince the striker to join their project. The club, led by André Villas-Boas, is banking on being Portuguese champions, competing in next season’s Champions League, and having a trio of Polish players—Bednarek, Kiwior, and Pietuszewski—who have enjoyed a successful campaign in Portugal.
This season, Lewandowski, who will turn 38 in August, has made 42 appearances for Barcelona and scored 17 goals.
